Rachel and her team at RiteRug Flooring did an impressive job installing new carpet in our home - Rachel was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions (especially the ton I had for her regarding the memory foam padding we decided to go with)! The guys were in and out in a few hours, and were very clean in their execution. There were two minor fixes in one room that Rachel was able to take care of the very next day (which wasn't bad at all considering the number of rooms we had replaced). We will be utilizing Rachel and her team for new hardwood floors in the next few months - thank you all again for the excellent service!

Natalie, Natalie, and Natalie! Before I chose riterug flooring, I got a quote from 4 different vendors. Once I talked to Natalie, it was obvious that riterug is the vendor I should go with. She is professional, caring, punctual, and fun to talk to. Delivery eta of materials for the remodeling job was fastest of all. And skilled workers did a great job for my flooring. Still, Natalie was the star! I will recommend her to anyone around me who needs floor remodeling. 2000 stars.

Very impressed with the flooring work they did. My new home builder used them as the floating contractor, for the kitchen and bathroom lvp and carpet. I hired them to replace all carpet with lvp. Natalie the sales agent did an amazing job orchestrating the whole thing. I definitely recommend this company for all flooring needs.
